No Sub-Contractors
• We don’t use any sub-contractors, whatsoever. Because we are a specialized company we have no need to hire subs. this also lets us be extremely picky about who we let on our job sites, and your property. Something that is lost when subs are used.

In-House Training Program
• All of our deck and fence installers are trained in-house, know our systems and procedures, and are expected to convey a high level of friendliness, competency, and respect to our customers.

Background Check
•We run complete background checks on all of our deck and fence installers. We need to know who we are sending to work at your house, we will not hire anyone with a felony on their record.

Informative
• Our goal throughout the entire process is to make sure that we have the most informed and educated customers in our industry. We make our contracts as easily to understandable as possible, meaning you will not need a magnifying glass to read the fine print. We use phone and/or email to keep you informed and updated of the progress of your permits or any special order materials you may need. We also will send you an email reminder before your deck or fence install date to avoid any confusion.
